Pete uses Lucas Transmission fix in a Ford

Thank you for your prompt reply. I instinctively reached for the Lucas bottle because I have a 17-year-old ford pick upthat refused to go in reverse. Ford dealer said it would take $1200 to repair. Put in a bottle of Lucas, drove it about 100 miles(all forward, of course)...then notice the tranny engaged when passing through reverse. Long story short, ten dollars worth of Lucas fixed the problem. Tranny still goes into reverse when asked...this was four years ago!
