Robert K. Thomas uses Lucas Fuel Treatment in 2000 4964 EX Western Star Tractor 550 H.P. CAT

I have a 2000 4964 EX Western Star Tractor and pull a semi end dump trailer. This tractor has a 550 h.p. Cat and has been averaging about 5 mpg. I was in a truck stop in Indio and decided to try the Lucas fuel traetment out just for laughs. A week later I re-fueled and logged my fuel and milage, it was 7.12. I pulled out my calculator and did it again and sure enough it was 7.12 I then went through another tank without the Lucas and it dropped to 6.3 mpg which still made me happy. I then put a full gallon into my next 300 gallons of fuel and ran that. On August 12, 2005 I re-fueled again and logged the milage, 1225 and 150 gallons of fuel. . . damn a full 8.1 mpg. This Cat will be fed Lucas everytime I refuel!! Thanks Lucas, Robert Thomas
