Tim Cpughran uses Lucas Fuel Treatment

Years ago a man I greatly respected called all aftermarket oil and gas additives "Snake Oil" and just like a shiny new fishing lure catches more fisherman than fish.. so he felt went the long row of additives at my local auto parts store. However I was having trouble with gas milage on my Chevy and this product was on sale so having just been paid that week I tried it. Immediatly it added 5 miles per gallon in my older Blazer. I have only 82,000 miles on the vehicle so it's not a high mile vehicle but I was immediatly impressed. I gave away the first bottle by pouring it into all my friends cars which was everthing from an 83 ford F150 to a 79 BMW 700 series with a million miles on it. Now Lucas has about 8 new customers. Everyone got better milage and they all ran better. I have only one complaint.. the lid on the bottle is a cheap simple push on that will come off if the bottle is warmed up or falls over .... great if you want your trunk or the space behind the seat of the truck lubricated as I soon found out. If you took a Nascar engine and put it into a 73 Ford Pinto it would devalue the engine. Lucas is doing the same thing here with it's packaging. It's a great product but my shampoo from the dollar store has a better top on it than this bottle does. Spilling more does not sell more product. It pisses customers off. Next time they have a meeting to discuss how to beat out Miracle oil or STP for a little more market share... maybe some one will slap the president of the company and wake him, or her, up.

Wishing you'd send me a catalog,
