Terry Reed uses Lucas Transmission Fix 1990 Toyota Camry

At 253,00 miles, the automatic transmission in my wifes Camry began to shudder away from a stop or on hard accelleration. Since the fluid had never been changed, (yes I know it should have been changed several times but just never got around to it), I figured the transmission was toast. "What the heck, let's try a bottle of Lucas Transmission Fix" I said. Within minutes, the transmission was working smoothly and was still going strong when we sold the car with 287,000 miles on it. I'm a drag racer and a strong believer in Lucas products but I was just absolutely blown away by the "instant" fix on the Camry's transmission. Now I use Lucas products in all my vehicles and Lucas has a customer for life. Thanks Lucas, you saved me a tranny rebuild. Terry Reed

BOBBY RAMOS uses Lucas Transmission Fix in a 2000 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX GT

AFTER COUNTLESS TIMES OF GOING TO THE "DEALERSHIP" AND NOT GETTING ANY ANSWERS FROM THE TECH'S ON WHY MY TRAN'S. HAD HARD SHITFTS IN MY PONTIAC GRAN PRIX. I PUT IN A NEW TRAN'S. Jeana C Green uses Lucas in her

I used to use Lucas in my "big" truck. I now use Lucas products in my 2001 Chevy 2500HD Silverado which as of today has 601,850 miles. It's gas, guys, not diesel with the original motor and original transmission. (Yep, it will turn 5 the end of this month and I put the miles on myself.) I firmly believe that Lucas transmission fluid has helped save my transmission in the summer.

Thanks for such wonderful products. People say that my truck shouldn't even be running by now....it's like the bunny...just keeps on goin'.

Rodny Morris uses Lucas Transmission Fix in 1995 Ford Contour

I borrowed my sons car to go to the store I was shocked at how hard it shifted. it would jerk my head back and squak the tires shifting to second gear. I asked my son about this and he said it's been that way for awhile. I told him there was no way his trans was going to hold up much longer like this and it was going to go out soon. I've heard of Lucas Transmission Fix so I thought what the heck the trans is going out anyways. It worked immediatly!! It has been two weeks now and it's still shifting like a new trans. I am so amazed I tell everyone about this product. Thank you so much for this wonderful product.

Dave Kingma uses Lucas Transmission Fix in 2000 Subaru Outback

WOW, this is one of those things I usually don't believe in. 2000 Outback, 98,000 miles. Shift from neutral to drive - delay up to 12- 14 seconds for it to engage drive. Subaru dosent fix them. The best transmission shop wanted $2000.00 plus to fix. They said don't put in any additive. What did I have to loose. Purchased Lucas Transmission Fix. Put in 1 bottle and so far (3 weeks) total fix!! No delays at all. Dave

L.W. Shoaf uses Lucas Transmission Fix in '94 mazda 626

I have used your oil stabilized for several years, but recently I learned how good your Lucas Transmission Fix is. Returning home to N.C. from Georgia, I heard someone behind me blow their horn. When I looked in the rearview, all I seen was billows of smoke coming from my car. I got to the next exit and found that there was transmission fluid pouring from the seal area. The stop and go traffic and 95+ degree heat had been too much for my 100k mile tranny. Being still 300 miles from home, I got directions to the nearest AutoZone 3 miles away. The dipstick showed a little fluid left in the tranny, but very low. So I made it to AutoZone, smoking and tranny slipping all the way. I bought 2 jugs of Lucas Transmission Fix and several quarts of fluid. I thought maybe this would be able to "limp" me home, or closer to it. I put in 1 jug of transmission fix and enough fluid to fill the tranny, and headed toward home. To my surprise, before I had driven the 3 miles back to the interstate, the slipping and the smoking had stopped completely. I stopped there to check the fluid level and it still showed full, with the slick Lucas Transmission Fix on the dipstick. I drove 50 miles and stopped to eat. When I returned to the car the dipstick still showed full and there were only 2 or 3 drops under the car. I drove the remaining 250 miles home with no problem. The next week my mechanic replaced the seal that had blown. He said he knew Lucas had some quality products, but this really proved it.

Thanks Lucas,

Your loyal customer L.W. Shoaf

Buddy Neal uses Lucas Transmission Fix in 1998 Dodge Pickup 4WD

Never even heard of Lucas Trans fix before, I am not even close to being a menchanic, but had a problem shifting. Truck was "Late Shifting" I guess. Not slipping, but I had to let off the gas a lot to get it to shift into next gear. Been doing this for a year I guess. I heard about an additive that could be put into transmission that could help, but no product name. Went to AutoZone nearby and they suggested this one. Immediately, I mean right then as I drove off the lot, not one LAG or late shift. I will tell everyone I know that even thinks they may have this problem to give this a try. I am completely happy with this additive.

Vince Bloom uses Lucas Transmission Fix in British Mk 1/2 Ferret Armored Reconnaissance Car

At our museum one of our British Ferrets had a massive leak from the fluid coupling – (which is their term for a torque converter.) The vehicle had been running fine, then without warning leaked out all of the fluid. We checked the plugs and refilled it with ATF, and within a few hours it had all leaked out again. Due to time constraints and other projects, the vehicle sad idle for almost 2 years. We figured it was a bad seal, and would require us to either pull the engine or the transmission and transfer case.

Since this is an armored vehicle and everything is inside the hull, this would have easily taken a few days, not to mention we’d have to find a new seal. The owner of the museum picked up two bottles of Lucas transmission fix and suggested we try it. To say I was skeptical is an understatement, but I figured we had nothing to lose so I tried it out.

I added the 2 bottles of Lucas product, along with 2 or 3 bottles of ATF to top it off. The next day we got it started and to my total surprise it drove great. It pulled out under full power with no signs of slippage.

Here are some pictures of the vehicle, and the location of the fluid coupling to give you an idea what kind of job we were looking at.

Not sure of the year of that vehicle, but it’s probably early 1960’s, with the last base overhaul or rebuild done in the 1980’s. The museum is Allegheny Arms & Armor Museum in Smethport, PA (

Thanks,

Vince Bloom

Terry Clubb uses Lucas Transmission Fix in 1995 Dodge Ram B2500 Van

I just had to share this story with your company. I recently won a bid on a Company Van that our company auctions off from time to time for whatever reasons. This particular vehicle had transmission problems and they didn't want to put any more money into it because they had just replaced the engine the year before. I placed a bid of $200.00 thinking I would be out bid. As it turned out I won the bid because everyone was afraid of the expense of a new or rebuilt transmission. I have use several other Lucas oil products in the past and had great results with them. The lucas oil treatment is great. It quieted the lifters in my 1997 Jeep Wrangler almosts immediately after adding. I thought I'd give the Lucas Transmission Fix a try. What could it hurt, right? I drove this Dodge Van Home like it was just off the showroom floor. It took it a few minutes to circulate thru the transmission but worked like a charm after that. I am a true believer in your product even more now after this. I can't wait until the next auction comes up to try something else. I'm wondering if they really needed to replace the engine after all. Thanks for you help, time and money savings. Lucas Oil Products really work. The only bad thing about this whole deal is, I've told all my friends about your products and I probably won't win the next bid. Oh well, it is worth it to me to help my friends.
