Gary Germano uses Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak in 1988 Oldsmobile Cutalss Ciera

The rack and pinion power steering on our 1988 Olds Cutlass Ciera was becomming almost undrivable when cold. Flushing the system and adding new fluid and/or other additives did not work. Your product should more accurately be called "Liquid Power Steering Repair". It has restored unbelievable operation to an otherwise sticking and binding rack and pinion...immediately! I have worked on cars for many years and generally do not believe in additives except as a last resort prior to replacement. Your product is the finest power steering additive I have used.

LES ELSINGER uses Lucas Power Steering Stop leak to rescue stranded son

Just to say thanks. The other night my son called at 2 AM said his power steering was leaking. So off I went. On my way out it came to me that I had a bottle of Lucas Power Steering and Stop Leak so I took it with me and it worked. To make a long story short it saved me alot of money on towing charges. Thanks again

Twin Jalanugraha uses Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak in 1982 Benz 240D

I bought myself a little 1982 240D and just as expected from an old car, I kept filling up its power steering fluid. I went to PepBoy and saw one of your company's little oil additive gear-box and thought that may be your power steering stop leak may be as good. Well, just one bottle later, (actually 5 minutes later), it stopped leaking, and no more noises! Since one product works like magic, I started using your oil additive too. I encourage your sale staffs to put up those little plastic gear-box to show how well your product (oil additive) works. Without it, I might not have bought your product. (I saw it at Van Nuys's PepBoy store, near Costco store). But the last time I was there, the plastic gear-box was no longer there, may be someone from PepBoy removed it from the shelf? (May be your sale staffs can replace it?)

Sincerely,

Twin Jalanugraha

John Chenault uses Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak in 1994 Geo Tracker

The output shaft of my power steering gearbox was leaking profusely. I usually used about a bottle of power steering fluid every couple of days. I checked into replacing the seal and was told by my mechanic that you cannot get only the seal you have to replace the gearbox and it was $1200.00 from the dealer. I decided to try your power steering stop leak and immediately noticed a great improvement, I continued to add only your product and am happy to report that after the second bottle I haven't had to add any fluid for three months. If it hadn't happened to me I would not believe it. Now I use all your products and have had positive results with all. Thank You for making products that live up to their claims.

Al Lancaster uses Power Steering Stop Leak

I purchased some of Your Lucas Oil for leaking power steering today Jan. 31, 06. Went in to pick up a bottle of power steering fluid. Pump has a slow leak was going to just keep adding fluid till hunting season goes out at the end of Feb. then replace pump. Which I figured was the only thing to do... Saleman at the Carquest told me to try this stuff and carried me around to the Lucas Oil Rack. Thought what the heck I would try the product if it really works way cheaper than a new pump. Of course I just figured (truthfully) just another expensive something trying to be sold... Surprise Surprise Your Product works and it only took a few mins. to stop the leak... Great Product here I will check out other products that You have in the Lucas Oil Line. Thanks Again, Al Lancaster

Patrick Bryant uses Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak in 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis

I HAD a severe leak on my pitman arm shaft O-ring for the power steering gear box in a 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis. I added one 12oz. Lucas power steering stop leak and the leak stopped shortly later. This saved me some where between $350.00 to $500.00 to replace the unit for a 50 cent seal. Thanks for your fine product recommended to me by a co-worker. I also use your motor oil and transmission fluid additives.

Gene Petz uses Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak in hydraulic floor jack

I bought a hydraulic floor jack from sears that had a one year warrantee. It started leaking oil after 7 months. I couldn't find my receipt and sears would not exchange the jack. After a couple of months of trying to find my receipt without any luck it hit me. I bought your power steering stop leak and added it to the jack. My friends thought I was wasting my time and money. I have never used any of your product before that day. Now I have a floor jack that works and faith in your company. Thanks! Gene

Phillip Love uses Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak in 2000 Pontiac Grand Am with 150k+ miles

The power steering on my Grand Am was making all kinds of noise and was so tight that it was almost manual steering instead of power. A mechanic told me that it would be $400-$500 to fix. Before I would spend that much money I decided to try Lucas. I bought two bottles of stop leak, drained the power steering, added one bottle and topped it off with regular power steering fluid and drove it around the block a couple of times. The problems almost immediately went away. I let the car sit overnight and the next day I repeated the above process. Several thousand miles later the car is still driving BETTER than new. Once again Lucas has saved me several hundred dollars.

Butch Erny uses Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak in 2001 Dodge Dekota Sport R/T 4.7 (special order)

Power Steering pump was growling for about 2 months. finally decided to get it fixed when I found out that I could not buy a replacement pump. Turns out to be a dealer ony item that is back ordered. Salesman at Carquest sugjested that I try some Lucas Power steering stop leak. I said my mecanic has tried that with a different product. He issisted that I try Lucas. So I did. I had nothing to loose except for $9.15 The bottle said results are usally immidiate. the squeel stoped before I could get my hand off the ignition. I am sold on Lucas products.

Kianoosh uses Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak in Plymouth Laser

The steering rack was leaking. I tried another brand of PS stop leak on my car in 2001. The fluid never helped. In 2005 I added some Lucas PS stop fluid to the same system. It did stop the leak! This is quite interesting to me given that I was always adding regular PS to the car trying to avoid the expensive repair. Now I'm about to try the Lucas on my other vehicle (97 Audi A6 Quattro). Hopefully it will do the magic.
